Tips for busy college students


As busy college students we often don’t have the extra time to spend cooking or waiting in a 20minute line for a machine at IM West.  As busy pre-professionals we have full plates and a living a healthy lifestyle may be the last thing we want to thrown into the mix.  With my blog I hope to provide tips so that readers can easily incorporate a healthy food plan and quick fitness tips into their weekly routines.
